C63020 nickel aluminum bronze CuAl11Ni5Fe5, which is manufactured to order in the quench hardened and temper annealed condition. This alloy requires extreme control of the manufacturing process to ensure consistency and high integrity.

AMS 4590

A special heat treatment process improves mechanical properties and strength-weight ratio beyond the range of commercial aluminum bronzes. For applications involving heavy loads, abrasive wear, friction, deformation and high temperatures.
