CP Ti Gr.2
Gr.2 (TA2) titanium is the industry standard and offers corrosion resistance comparable to Grade 1 but features improved strength, boasting higher tensile and yield strength values.
Essential details
TA2: Also known as Gr.2. it is often the first choice for the technically pure titanium industry due to its varied availability and wide availability. TA2 is the pure titanium commonly used in industry, it has many of the same qualities as grade 1 titanium, such as good corrosion resistance, but is slightly stronger (tensile strength and yield strength higher than TA1). Because it has moderate corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties, good weldability, strength, ductility and formability, which makes grade 2 titanium rods and titanium plates, titanium tubes widely used in various fields.
