CP Ti Gr.4
CP Ti Gr.4 (TA4) exhibits the highest strength and creep strength at elevated temperatures (500-600°C), in comparison to pure titanium. Its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability make it especially renowned. Further, its organization is reliable. It is highly sought after for human implants, such as Bone plate (medical grade titanium).

It is famous for its excellent corrosion resistance, good formability and weldability, and its organization is stable. It is mostly used for human implants Bone plate (medical grade titanium).
Good oxidation resistance and welding performance, good corrosion resistance and machinability, but low plasticity (thermoplasticity is still good), and poor room temperature stamping performance. TA3 and TA4 can be selected when the requirements for strength, hardness and wear resistance are high.
